Responsibilities	Responsible to prepare all financial reports and review project expenses and ensure these are in line with donors’ compliance criteria. Prepare periodic financial reports as and when required by the donor and management. And prepare variance analysis reports to keep track of expenses in line with the donors' approved budget.   Responsible for maintenance of books of accounts & ledgers and prepare monthly reconciliations such as Bank, Cash and payroll. Prepare bank & cash payments including vouchers, cheques and maintain all vouchers with relevant supporting documents.
