Required Human Resources Manager (Karachi)

Applications are invited to join us in the following positions: HR MANAGER Responsibilities: - Identify staff vacancies, interview and recruit applicants; design, implement and administer compensation, benefits and performance management systems. - Plan, organize, direct, coordinate personnel orientation and training; analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies and ensure compliance with legal requirements. - Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems. - Prepare personnel requirement forecasts and budgets for personnel operations. Qualifications & Experience: - Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent with 2+ years' experience at a reputable organization. - Proficiency in HR matters and regulations; strong interpersonal and communication skills; and knowledge of ISO 9001:2008 preferable.
