Required Sales Manager (Lahore)

"A leading multinational welding and cutting company is seeking Talented Sales professionals Sales Manager: A world leader in production of welding consumables and equipment having manufacturing operations in 26 countries is looking for Sales Manger Pakistan. The candidate should to be a dynamic individual who is willing to accept challenges, take initiatives, is result oriented and enthusiastic about working in highly competitive environment. Responsibilities: - Develop marketing & Sales strategies for the company's brands. - Identify business growth drivers to achieve the target market share and visit market to ensure brand visibility, pricing and sales policies and to monitor competitor's activities. - Liaise with Technical Group to provide support to customer on the company's brands and develop its image. - Periodic evaluations on the performance of distributors and ensure to meet company's revenue and Sales targets. Requirements: - Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/ Metallurgical). - MBA with first degree in Engineering would be an advantage. - Proven Sales and Marketing experience in welding consumables and equipment. - Minimum 5-7 years of experience in the relevant areas. - Good understanding of Oil/ Gas, petrochemical, refinery and automotive industries would be an advantage. - Proactive thinking and excellent PR and management skills. - Has passion to achieve high level business targets in competitive environment and can provide leadership roles to distributors to achieve company's revenue targets. - Has ability to revamp the existing distribution net work in the country and successfully work through competition.
