Head of Human Resources - Pakistan Lakson Investments Limited, the asset management and investment advisory arm of the Lakson Group, is seeking to fill the following positions on an urgent basis: Head of Human Resources: - Minimum 3-5 years of HR management experience in the banking, FMCG or pharmaceutical industry. - Experience in a company's internal HR training program is a plus. - The job requirement includes experience in recruitment, compensation, performance management and talent management. - Experience in dealing with high knowledge workers. - Excellent interpersonal skills. - In-depth firsthand knowledge and practice in initiating HR policies. email: careers@li.com.pk
