Responsibilities	Receives cash or cheques from donors and employees and issue receipts. Maintains Cash book on daily basis Prepares income and expenditure vouchers and monthly tax statements. Posting of vouchers/data in accounting software Quick books. Maintains the employee’s contract record and prepare payroll and pay cheques. Prepares and maintaining the record of bank deposit slips Prepares different reports, like income statement, balance Sheet, variance report, weekly transaction report etc. Prepares bank reconciliation statements Visits banks for deposit/drawl of cheque/cash and tax Challan
