Interested candidates can send their resumes at nexusconsultpak@gmail.com Responsibilities:- * To present legal opinions on regularity ,corporate, contracts & insurance laws to the management related to an Insurance/Takaful * Managing & planning litigation strategy. * Provide / present legal opinion on alternate dispute resolution settlements of commercial dispute & other day to day business of the company * Liaison with Company’s Lawyer(s) for the cases and other matters of company. * Drafting & vetting commercial contracts relating to employments, agency, tenancy, supplies, distribution, leases, marketing etc. * Manage & register the patent to protect intellectual property rights of companies * Handle all sort of claims effective and professional. * To promote good corporate governance across the Company and to be responsible, together with the Company Secretary, for, completing and filing statutory returns under the applicable Laws and Regulatory Framework, in a timely manner.
