5+ years of Java experiences, with a focus on web development
Demonstrates expert knowledge of object oriented programming
1+ year of experience with SAP Crystal Reports etc
Experience building scalable web sites
Strong with database architecture, data denormalization, data modelling, and SQL query optimization. Familiarity with PostgreSQL a plus feature.

Other must knows:
Spring framework, Spring MVC

Unix/Linux OS
HTML, JavaScript, CSS
XML
