•Monitor the implementation of Preventive and Annual maintenance Programs for all the Vehicles and Fork-Lifts. •To Improve the Controls over Fleet Inventory and to ensure that all Materials for vehicles must not be less than targeted Minimum level. •Monitor and documentation of on time repair/Maintenance filling, change of fuel/lubricants in the vehicles and Responsible for the expenditure made on the each vehicle across the Territory. •All types of Fuelling of company vehicles. •Develop plan for emergency repair/maintenance services for the vehicles & Fork-Lifts across the Territory in case of break down. •To monitor the payments to the Vendors against outside repairing of the company vehicles and to ensure reconciliation done once in year with all relevant Vendors. •Implementation of company policies & procedures.
