Implement CCBPL’s human resource strategy by collaborating and executing HR policies, procedures and programs and lead the execution of all HR programs with a focus on agile and proactive business support leading to a positive, supportive and entrusting employer-employee relationship promoting a high level of employee moral and engagement. Liaison and business partner with functional or operational area managers to understand and respond in accordance with their respective business needs, but consistent with the organization’s overall human resource strategy. Evaluate the organization’s future workforce needs in order to recommend changes to CCBPL’s HR strategy and adapt existing current human resource programs to meet these needs. Lead, direct, evaluate and develop HR territory teams to ensure that the overall strategy is implemented effectively and within budget while being compliant to relevant regulations, laws and employment standards.
Qualification
•MBA/MPA/Ms.HR
Required Skills
• Workforce planning • Labor laws • HRIS • SAP experience • Can do attitude, proactive, strong execution and follow-up • Communicating with impact • Excellent interpersonal skills • Ability to handle work pressure
Experience
• Minimum 10 year’s experience as a HR Generalist out of which 4-5 year’s experience in a similar role preferably with an FMCG/Manufacturing Company.
